How can i loose this weight? pics?

I recommend theTaebo workout Billy Blanks get the Cardio&Sculpt rotate it each day starting out w 3 days a week per the surgeon general then u will have energy i lost 25lbs within 2 months when u burn calories u aren't as hungry eat alot of veggies and fruits stay away from the breads fried foods stick with chicken baked and turkey. You need to drink at least 2 qtrs of water a day then work on a gallon i drink a gallon a day i crave for water even when i workout u can do this.
