How do I let this guy know I want to hook up?

K so last year at an end of the year banquet I danced with a senior (I was a freshman). We talked a little after but he went to college and now I'm a sophmore. He's coming home for thanksgiving and I know he's in college but I don't want a relationship I just feel like we never finished things? How can I let him know I want to hook up. I messaged him and he asked me when I was free. Where do I go from here?
