How do i migrate my xbox live account?

i recently found out that while not playing my xbox 360 for several months, my account was somehow "migrated" to the czech republic, in january 2011. I tried to migrate it back to the U.S so i could download the escalation map pack for black ops, and it says i have to wait until january of 2012 to do so! so now i cant download anything on my xbox live account until then, and i was wondering if there is a way to migrate it before that year is up, becuz i dont want to wait! i called xbox live support and he wasnt very much help, he just said i have to wait, so i might try to call again and say well if you work for xbox support, cant you just override that and make it so i can change it. thanks for any help because i would like to use my xbox for gaming!
