I hate my dr :(((!?

I am a student at university ... I take 3 lectures a week each lasts for hours... one of lectures is given by a dr whom I wish I never met him and I keep worried and tense all the week fr the fact that I am gonno meet him once a week!! Is there a way that I can deal with that? I dont bear listening to him in lecture ...it lasts 3 hours :(( .... what can one do when he/she has to meet some whose his presensce would make him/her sick ... how to deal with people who keep braggging off and are so concieted and proud of there degrees and who look down on others bcz others dont read or study or know the much he/she does ? how am I to deal with my dr specially when he brags off or being cynical talking to us ( students ) ?(( and how can I make myself less tense the day before his lecture ?
