Do evangelicals actually believe that one is cursed by God for criticizing the Israeli government?

Evangelists don't make sense to me. Once an evangelist told me that when Jesus the Messiah comes back he will give the Jews a chance to accept him and they will be forgiven and accepted in heaven, but Muslims will not be given that chance. Muslims already accept and believe in Jesus as a prophet and the Messiah, but Jews deny him in ever way shape or form.
