This sounds like anxiety. I would recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible to get on an anti-depressant or anti-anxiety med. Your diet can also have a lot to do with anxiety levels, as certain foods activate certain areas of your brain that are sensitive to anxiety. Get into your doctor or some medical professional at the very least. You don't neccesarily have to have a high level of stress to have anxiety attacks...sometimes it is just a chemical issue in your brain. See a doctor immediately.
