How come everytime I download a video one the file sharing program Ares 2.0.9.3030 I get sound but no picture?

Everytime I download a video with Ares when I go to play it has no piture but I can hear it. iv'e used this program before on a different computer then i'm useing now and never had a problem like this so i'm clueless to how to fix this problem so if anyone know what i'm doing wrong please let me know thanks.
