How do I make a video like my space has?

im tryin to make a video of me or a music slideshow of my pics how do i do that? Basically what I am tryin to do is make a picture slideshow with music in the background and Im confused on how to do this because Ive used Windows Movie Maker and that gave me some problems and then I used this muvee program and it left a trademark in the project I did so is there any good software I can download to my computer that wont leave a trademark?
