I have a perfect temperature but I'm freezing cold?

I have a 98.6 temperature yet I'm weak and freezing cold and just got up from a two hour nap. Non-stop farting all day (I've been holding it in all day until I got home to be courteous, making the pain even worse), and occasional diarrhea. I feel like throwing up but I can't; instead I have mini-pukes in the back of my throat (that's disgusting I'm sorry). What do I have?
