Is she serious or just messing with my head....?

k so i was using my friends phone from new york well i am in new york also any i was using his and texting a girl i lke so she thought it was him and asking her wut she thought of me..... well later i texted her on my phone and stuff and told her when she asked wut i did that i was with my friend.....she knows both of us. well she asked if i was prtending to be som1 else on his phone and then i said what im confused and then she said it was a joke...... then she said he would have told me tho. my friend probably wouldnt tho i think so is she just trying to get in my head or what..... what should i do
