there could be several factors. some horses are very picky. down to the last detail with saddles and what not. It could be that th way she did things is all he knows and you may be doing something different than what she did. if you got a horse from a trainer and she worked with him after that usually you have to do everything they did and exact. we have this problem with our horse. he was perfect at the trainer and when we got him back its like he never went. It could be something your not doing she did.
