What does my boyfriend means "a disgusting thing happened to him"?

I just really wanna know what he means..We were talking on facebook " He said ewww.." I reply "what is it?then he said "eww..it's a personal thing I can't tell you" I ask him if he pee? or pooped in his pants then he say "no" .. WHAT DOES HE MEANS IS IT NORMAL TO GUYS?
