Where can I get a basic on-down collared shirt?

Hello, I'm looking to buy a basic white, collared, on down, short-sleeve shirt. Just like the kinds you wear under the sweater vest for a school uniform. I have looked everywhere, but everything has been gussied up and nothing is just the straightforward design. I am looking to buy it online, and in Juniors sizes. Provide a link if possible. Thanks!!!
