Writers, what do you think of these four characters for my teen drama series?

Well right away I know someone exactly like your Deanna character. The only difference between her and your character is that your character doesn't seem like she would get along with everyone where as the person I know does. While both don't take no garbage from no one, the person I know is still a good person that people just naturally want to be friends with despite her flaws and her really gruff personality. So for me, I could really picture this character. I didn't really like your Ethan character because if is the boy friend of Deanna then I think there has to be more to him. He sounds to much like a nice guy and lets face it nice guys don't end up with girls like Deanna. Girls like her go for the bad boys who will push them around. Ethan could have a secret crush on Deanna, but because she goes out with these bad boys Ethan would be too scared to make a move. But that begins getting deeper into Ethan and who he is. I would hope you would do more of that, because I don't think he should be a flat character like you have described. Otherwise, this sounds really interesting.
