Everything hurts,is there something wrong ?

im in yr 5 and one morning i woke up and my PJ's had shrunk my joints were killing me my uniform felt so tight i could hardly walk and i felt so tall and it all felt weird and wrong and suddenly i was taller then my best friend . i feel like i woke up all wrong whats happened to me
